Each year, our church comes together to provide up to 75 backpacks for the students of Kocurek Elementary. This year is no different. If you'd like a backpack for your Elementary student, fill out the form below and we will have a backpack delivered to your home the week before school begins. Please fill out a new form for each child. We look forward to this each year and love partnering with you all!

Please note, we are providing a basic list of supplies along with the backpacks. You may need to supplement what is provided in order to have everything for your grade levels. Due to the different needs of each grade level, we're unable to shop each specific list.
