Adult Growth Groups
Connection to others begins with small groups. Small groups enhance fellowship and develop a spiritually formative community of believers who are discipling and being discipled.
Our small groups are known as Growth Groups which we offer both on and off campus.
On-Campus Growth Groups - Adult Growth Groups meet on campus at 9:30 A.M. each Sunday morning. They are facilitated by excellent teachers and cover a wide variety of topics throughout the year.
Off-Campus Growth Groups - These Groups meet in homes/locations outside of the church campus. These gatherings of approximately ten people meet weekly on a day and time of the group’s choosing. Childcare is offered on an as-needed basis and is coordinated by the ministerial staff.
Spiritual Conversations Group - This group would meet briefly after worship services for conversation about the sermon and spiritual questions. This group would also be a point of contact for newcomers, returning guests, and those making spiritual decisions. Ministerial staff members would initially lead this group.
Youth and Children's Growth Groups
Youth Growth Groups meet on Sunday afternoons off campus. If you are interested in joining our youth, reach out to Randy.Copeland@westoak.org to find out where they're meeting this week.
K-5 Children's Growth Groups meet on-campus at 10:45 A.M. in the Children's Loft (on the 1st Sunday of the month, children will join their parents in worship). They participate in an age-appropriate lesson pair with complimentary activities that engage their minds.
Nursery Care is provided during both our Sunday On-Campus Growth Groups and during the Sunday A.M. worship service.
