Pastor Appreciation Month is a special time that congregations set aside each year to honor their pastors and families for their sacrificial dedication and hard work. In 1 Timothy, Paul wrote: “The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching” (1 Timothy 5:17). Let’s make October a special time to show how much we appreciate all they do for our Church. Starting this Sunday, boxes will be placed in the foyer for your notes, cards, gift cards and special offerings. Use your imagination in how you show your appreciation.
